This onsite position offers the chance to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM PT, supporting our IT team in delivering outstanding internal support and ensuring system optimization.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Monitor system availability and usage patterns, making recommendations for enhancements
• Provide help desk Tier 1 support to internal users
