Senior Scheduling Manager in Oregon

Lead a team of dedicated schedulers and help our company thrive in a challenging but rewarding environment helping seniors and matching people shifts. This position provides leadership, oversight, backup coverage and accountability for the Scheduling team.

• Develop a schedule that matches and carefully pairs each Client with a Caregiver, based upon their individual needs and preferences
• Manage call-outs, and fill all open shifts daily 
• Assists Caregivers with all inquiries on schedule changes, missed clock in/out, healthcare management platform assistance, and other schedule questions
