We are looking for experienced Director of Channel Sales who can help us scale Tapcheck’s Sales programs in North America. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you'll be an important contributor to the Sales leadership team. We are looking for candidates who are builders, data-driven, with an understanding of what a world-class HR channel sales function looks like, excels at setting and executing strategies, running a team, and has experience managing multiple internal and external key stakeholder relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Build from scratch a full channel sales function & team
- Develop and align objectives of the function via KPI’s with the broader company revenue and customer acquisition targets
- On-board, manage, and grow existing partnerships
