As an experienced Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department.

• Greet customers and schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, and recall work
• Thoroughly inspect powersports vehicles and accurately document problems on repair orders
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and provide cost estimates
