We are seeking a Finance/Accounting Analyst to join our Kayne Anderson Private Credit (“KAPC”) team in our Houston office. It is a requirement that this candidate is based in the Houston area.

Essential Job Functions (Duties/Responsibilities):

• Responsible for treasury operations for the funds
• Cash forecasting, cash disbursements and daily reconciliations
• Manage funds flow for closing transactions/financings
• Borrowing and repayment of credit facilitates
• Payment of notes and credit facility interest
• Maintain monthly and quarterly compliance with all leverage facilities
• Interface with rating agencies and prepare periodic compliance
