Position Summary
The Project Coordinator offers assistance to the Aftermarket department throughout the sales, launch, implementation, and conclusion of projects. The Project Coordinator collaborates both autonomously and with a small team to guarantee the efficient and timely execution of all aftermarket projects. Additionally, the Project Coordinator provides backup and support to all departments within the company, as required.
Essential Functions
- Attend meetings for planning and scheduling to keep the department calendar updated and manage work flow coordination.
- Keep track of all official documents pertaining to projects (i.e. Quotes, Purchase Orders, Bonds, Certificates, etc.), as well as all official and unofficial project correspondence.
