Airport Fire Chief

Under the direction of the Airport Executive Director, this full-time position assumes responsibility for the management of all fire and related emergency services. Duties shall include personnel management, budgeting, training, incident command and the overall upkeep of facilities and equipment.

This job description lists only the primary job responsibilities normally assigned to this position, but does not restrict the performance of other duties assigned by management.

1. Assumes responsibility for the overall management and performance of the Airport Fire Department under the general direction of the Operations Manager.
