Allergy Technician

The Allergy Technician is responsible for supporting healthcare professionals in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with allergies. The technician performs various tasks related to allergy testing, patient education, and treatment administration under the supervision of a physician or licensed healthcare provider. We are looking for a candidate to join our busy ENT and Allergy Practice. We have 3 locations: Media, Glen Mills, and Chester, PA.

Requirements

1. Conduct allergy skin tests, including prick tests and intradermal tests, to identify allergens.
2. Prepare and maintain testing materials, equipment, and supplies.
3. Record patient medical histories and allergy symptoms accurately.
4. Assist in the development of allergy treatment plans, including immunotherapy.
5. Administer allergy treatments, such as subcutaneous or sublingual immunotherapy, as directed by healthcare providers.
