Assistant Client Manager

This position will be based in Richmond, VA and start out remote.

• Assist in Proposal Writing and Bidding of Jobs
• Set up Projects that are won in Project Management system.
• Schedule the field team members working on projects.
• Set up Projects in the report writing system.
• Communicate with team on project status.
• Save necessary documents for each project.
• Project status knowledge.
• Project Management system data entry and report running

The Assistant Client Service Manager is responsible for assisting with the day to day of the Client Service Manager. In the absence of the Client Service Manager the Assistant Client Service Manager will fill in and be the liaison between Bergen Logistics and our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist and help the Client Service Managers assign job tasks and projects to the warehouse.
• Prepare, analyze, and send daily reports. 
• Create and import flat files as needed (Inventory, ASNs, Pick tickets).
• Plan and track the inbound materials and put away new receiving.
• Monitor WMS system to track SLA. 
• Communicate with warehouse teams and escalate issues.
• Intercept carrier packages as needed.
• Printing orders as needed.
• Coordinate and monitor warehouse Inbound and Outbound shipments.
