Assistant Director of Weekend Residential Services

Role Summary: The Assistant Director of Weekend Residential Services with the Support of the Director of Residential is responsible for weekend oversite of medical planning, fire safety planning, staff scheduling and program hours. They will act as the lead weekend direct support professional staff scheduling, following compliance with the rules of the operation of AHRC Suffolk Residential program.

Role Responsibilities:  Manages the daily operations of the AHRC houses during weekend shifts.  Coordinates and reallocates weekend staff according to the needs of the programs.  Monitors implementation of program policies and practices.  Oversees the functions and activities of the Weekend Direct Support staff.  Prepares emergency schedules on the weekend shifts in the event of an emergency to ensure adequate facility coverage.  Covers other residences when emergency needs present themself.  Ensures all facilities are clean, safe,...
