Associate General Manager, Books Team

As an Associate General Manager, you are responsible for managing the books team. This includes the development of new products and product lines, maintaining and enhancing backlist titles, achieving annual sales plans, and management of the team. You will propose and implement growth plans to continue to serve Ascension’s customers and fulfill our mission through books and merchandise.

• Develop and execute product plans. Develop a strong product plan finding areas of growth and opportunities in the Catholic markets for adults, youth, and children books and merchandise. Ensure backlist products are continually refreshed based on customer feedback. Manage the contract process to acquire new licenses for publication and support existing ones.
