The BDR Manager will help us scale Tapcheck’s Business Development program in North America. Reporting to the Director, Business Development, you'll be an important contributor to the Sales leadership team. We are looking for candidates who are data-driven, with an understanding of top of the funnel and pipeline metrics, excels at coaching and motivating a team, and has experience hiring top BDR talent. This is a hybrid role, and the BDR Manager will report to the Plano office 3x a week.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage, develop, and hire a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Coach early-stage sales professionals
- Work with Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing leadership to ensure the success of campaigns, while providing constructive input to develop new campaigns
