Bioinformatics Analyst

Zifo is currently hiring! We are searching for a talented Bioinformatics Analyst to join our team. This individual will collaborate closely with our Bioinformatics Consulting team to devise and implement solutions for life sciences customers (Pharma, Biotech, FMCG, etc.) in the OMICS field within the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities: 

Omics Data Analysis:  

• Perform omics data analysis, from processing raw data to .vcf/generating read/counts/expression profiles.  
• Perform data normalization, transformation, and statistical bioinformatic analyses as needed. 
• Perform detailed analyses of genomic, transcriptomic, or proteomic sequences using various bioinformatics tools and techniques.  
• Develop and implement bioinformatics pipelines using workflow management systems such as Nextflow, CWL, WDL, and Snakemake for...
