Bookkeeper/Accounting Helper

National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of  Book-keepers/Accounting Helpers.

Some duties include:

-Create spreadsheets for balancing and accurately tracking figures.

-Check data for deficiencies or errors and correct any discrepancies.

-Organizing record keeping of income and expenditures for account reconciliation.

-Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting.

-Collections and payables, etc.

Part Time schedule during regular office hours: 20-30 hrs. to start with the possibility of full time depending on performance.

Monday – Friday

Pay:  $19-$23/hour (BOE).
