C2 Warfare Area Training Lead Support

Sigma Defense is seeking a senior Program Analyst to support Tactical Training Group, Atlantic (TTGL) Virginia Beach, VA as the Command and Control (C2) Warfare Area Training Lead. The individual in this role will develop recommendations for integration of planning tools, shipboard systems, and technology to support team training for C4I, and operational issues relevant to assigned warfare areas. In this role, you will review warfare doctrine, TTP, and best practices to ensure de-confliction between Naval and Joint or Coalition organizations. You will provide recommendations for the training of warfare command elements, CSG, ARG, and ID for deployment certifications.
