Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and support administrative actions within the CMMS.
• Serve as a liaison with key business partners for operational tasks.
• Provide application user training and ongoing support.
• Manage Quality Management System (QMS) records related to CMMS.
• Process Helpdesk tickets and support user account lifecycle management.

As a CMMS Administrator you will input and maintain data in a Customer Support Ticket Software (Team Support / JIRA) and in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS – Asset Essentials). You will work with leadership teams to develop reporting that will be customer facing and for internal use. This data will help to track completion of support related items and provide data to support a large customer base in automation and engineering.

• Updating Customer information and system configuration based on changes made through upgrades and revisions or retrofits.
• Creating new templates and information gathering tools for field and resident teams to report in issues or system events.
• Reviews current processes with leadership for continuous improvement of all three systems and integration support.
• Works with vendors for each of the systems for training and implementation of the systems.
