Sigma Defense is seeking someone with extensive experience in Navy and/or Defense training operations, policy, doctrine, systems, and staff procedures to support Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) as a Senior Functional Area Lead - CNSL Fleet Training Support in Norfolk, VA.

The individual in this role will provide training and readiness support to the CNSL N7 Directorate for assigned Atlantic Fleet ships and LCS Crews.
