Convertible Bond Analyst

Our Operations and Asset Management Teams are seeking an individual to work closely with their Convertible Bonds group. This group manages both public and private convertible bonds. Arena originates and executes private financings across numerous industries and Geographies. Members of the Convertible Bond team work closely with a range of sponsor-backed, family-owned, public, and privately-owned clients.

The team executes on a variety of private financing transactions, such as growth equity, structured equity, private investments in public equities (PIPEs), co-invest equity and growth / venture debt placements for a variety of situations, including growth capital, acquisition financings, refinancings, dividend recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and special situations.
