This pivotal role oversees Instructor and customer scheduling and logistical support, ensuring the smooth delivery of our boot camps and classes by aligning customer needs with operational efficiency. As part of the Instructional Operations team, you will work cross-departmentally with Sales and Customer Operations. This role requires not only operational precision but also a proactive and innovative approach to customer service and logistical challenges.
