Customer Service Assistant - 12 Month Term

POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Service Assistant (CSA) will be responsible for ensuring team related administrative tasks are completed. Main tasks include entering and maintaining daily incoming part cross reference numbers to New Flyer part numbers, maintaining public team websites spreadsheet, electronically organizing and filing. Support tasks include entering customer orders and daily quotes, entering and uploading quote/award contract information into Oracle, price verifications and all other administrative tasks to support the Customer Service Team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Identify customer cross reference and enter part information into Oracle.
• Electronically organize, file, and save customer number to New Flyer part number cross reference information.
