Keeping the schedule full, balanced, and productive

Run, organize, and execute follow ups for patients who have outstanding problems and concerns that we need to schedule treatment for. Please note now we described this- our goal is to help patients solve their problems not buy a product.

Assist the doctor to sign patients up for the treatment they need

Be an advocate for our practice and show the patients and our community what we are about and the level of care we provide here in all interactions.

Prepare for the next days schedule so the Doctor/Assisting Team is set up for success during and after their appointments

Typically, you will be discussing finances, treatment plans, and how to help the patient receive the treatment they need in the time the Doctor recommends.
