Development Tech (Fashion Design Background Needed)

Our Company:  BCI Brands, LLC. designs, sources, and markets nationally and internationally an extensive range of women's career, casual sportswear, and dresses. Their products are sold through all primary retail distribution levels principally under various trademarks and under private label brand names.

Responsibilities:

• Create all development tech packs for showroom samples per season/delivery.
• Create base tech packs for all brands "in house samples" for production orders and pass off to tech team for master fits.
• Measure original samples, photograph and write accurate construction following our fit standard.
• Communicate and follow up with factories questions /allocations and giving/receiving updated AWB# packages to ensure on-time samples.
• Create charts/maps to manage all priority samples for each individual factory.
• Enter garment information into Exenta.
