Director iGaming Operations

About the Role

The Director iGaming Operations is responsible for directing and managing all customer service, payments and risk aspects of our online casino business. The role will report directly to the VP Online Gaming – Marketing.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide strategy and develop best-in-class risk business processes
• Develop strategy and provide expertise in payment processes
• Lead efforts to identify new fraud/suspicious activity trends and implement processes to reduce risk
• Develop strategy, implement qualify goals, and optimize processes for customer service team
• Monitor KPI performance on a daily basis and provide regular reports
• Build out relationships with payment providers and 3rd party suppliers
• Work with compliance teams to ensure we are compliant
