Employment Law Paralegal

Direct Counsel has partnered with a prestigious law firm, recognized as one of the best places to work in Los Angeles. Their LA office is looking for a Labor & Employment Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience to assist its Labor & Employment Litigation Practice Group.

Responsibilities:

• Draft routine legal documents.
• Manage multiple cases from start to trial.
• Collect documents from various sources.
• Collect, organize, analyze and summarize records.
• Assist with preparation of depositions, including gathering and organizing exhibits.
• Assist with depositions, mediation and trial preparation: assist with pretrial documents (deposition designations, exhibit and witness list, organize exhibits, files and other supporting documents.
• Assist during trial: manage exhibits, assist with witnesses and any other duties associated with trial.
