We are seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to support the overall management of our Charger Water Treatment branches. In this role, you will assist in ensuring the efficient operation of the company by overseeing various departments. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to implement strategies and policies that enhance productivity and profitability. A strong background in operations management and excellent leadership skills are essential as you will be guiding teams toward achieving our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Review monthly Alarm Reports for inaccuracies and maintain branch users
- Maintain forklift certifications for employees
- Monitor and file all LTL audits for all branches
- Address missed pickups with LTL’s and file
- Assist with training documents on training website with all departments
