Executive Assistant - Client Relations

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant – Client Relations to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing client-related activities and supporting the TxHC leadership team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow, with a strong ability to organize and communicate effectively. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Schedule and coordinate meetings for TxHC client-related activities. 

• Manage the overall calendar, travel, and expenses for the leadership team. 

• Assist in client follow-up activities. 

• Attend client and internal meetings related to pursuits and sales, taking action items and following up. 

• Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to ensure TxHC opportunities are accurately tracked in the CRM system.
