Our partner is seeking a HCC Risk Adjustment Coder Auditor in Minnetonka, MN. The role involves identifying, collecting, and documenting diagnosis codes while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities:

• Review medical charts to ensure accurate diagnosis coding and documentation
• Research and resolve assigned coding projects
• Conduct ongoing analysis of medical record charts to ensure coding compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience beyond the degree
