Neon Flux, an innovative and fast-paced brand accelerator, is seeking a Head of Paid Social to lead our Paid Social growth team. Day-to-day tasks include leading our Paid Social team, launching and optimizing campaigns, analyzing media buying data, and developing new creatives with our creative team.

The right candidate should be a profit-conscious, growth-minded, leader with a proven track record driving revenue and have big goals for your career, as well as an extensive experience with Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels and an understand what will and won't work on these channels. You should feel comfortable diving into the data and using results to drive new creative concepts for ads. You’re ready to both dive into paid social ads and accounts while helping us grow our existing team of paid social media buyers.
