Healthcare Revenue Cycle Product Owner

The Healthcare Revenue Cycle Product Owner participates in the development, maintenance & optimization of Revenue Cycle information systems for ensuring successful day-to-day billing processes within Electronic Healthcare Record operations across all sites utilizing the CliniComp EHR Product Suite. The Revenue Cycle Product Owner analyzes user needs, patient access, billing requirements, and research appropriate workflows to further develop broader revenue cycle functions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, external operational consultants and departments within CliniComp to ensure superior customer support, system optimization, and problem resolution. Leverages their knowledge of Revenue Cycle, and hospital operations in collaboration with teams to optimize product development.
