Intern - Hyde Park Village

Overview:

WS Development is looking for a Fall 2024 intern to work on the Hyde Park Village Field Team. The Intern will work closely with the General Manager (GM) and Marketing Manager.  The intern will learn about the world of mixed-use real estate development, with a focus on event management/marketing during their internship.

Timing:

• October-January; 15 hours a week.  Some weekends required.

• Position requires intern to work in the office at 1646 W Snow Ave, Tampa during work hours; no remote opportunities available.

The Position:

• Assists in creating, planning & orchestrating multiple community and retail events per often collaborating with key community partners and non-profit organizations.

• Helps maintain website presence, email program, and social channels with focus on Instagram.
