The IT Helpdesk Intern reports directly to the Director of Information Security and will be responsible for day to day operational and user support duties in connection with a high-volume office. In this role, you will support the company's information technology functions, including software, hardware, and cyber security.
Our paid internship program starts on Tuesday, June 3rd and runs 11 weeks through Thursday, August 22nd. Interns will work alongside Fluent employees in the office Monday – Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm with an hour lunch every day.
Job Responsibilities
· Maintain operation and offer technical support for 200+ computer workstations for in-person and remote users.
· Install software tools and keep software up to date.
