Lead Referral Management Clerk (Tyndall AFB, FL)

Ivyhill is seeking a Lead Referral Management Clerk for a project in the Tyndall AFB, FL area. The qualified candidate will work as a resource to provide clerical/administrative support in the Referral Management Center for customer service, referral tracking, referral appointing, and reporting activities. Will support and provide guidance for the daily functions of specialty care referral appointing, referral review and coordination, beneficiary counseling and referral tracking at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF.) As a resource, will schedule appointments in a government computer system for primary care, specialty and sub-specialty medical care.
