Lunch and After School Coordinator

We are looking for a Coordinator to manage both lunch/recess and our afterschool program. This position will also include responsibilities in the main office. To be successful, having multitasking and stress management skills are key for this position.

Responsibilities: Coordinator (Lunch/Recess)

• Manage the schedule for lunch/recess
• Manage coverage for lunch and recess
• Organize recess materials
• Manage payroll and hiring for lunch staff
• Coordinate with Food Vendor (e.g., orders, schedule changes, menus, field trip meals)
• Coordinate with deans of culture on issues that arise during lunch/recess
• Be present during select lunch/recess periods
