Machinist IV

This position is responsible for the machining required by work orders, including but not limited to set up, production, and inspection of all machining assigned by Shop Supervisor.  Machinist IV is required to follow all StoneAge safety guidelines to produce parts that will meet or exceed StoneAge and customer specifications. Constant Improvement is to be a way of life regarding quality, processes, production, efficiency, work area, and personal growth. This position is expected to lead by example and play a large role in developing other Machinists, encouraging others to grow in the trade. 

This position reports to the Machine Shop Supervisor and has the starting pay of $28-$32/hour depending on experience. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

This person will: 

• Complete assigned work orders that require machining in a reasonable time while maintaining the desired quality.
