Maintenance Supervisor - Latham Campus

The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for proper maintenance of an affordable senior living community, equipment and grounds. This position is responsible for two 50 unit buildings co-located on the same Colonie NY campus.

Maintains, repairs and improves the building by accurately and promptly completing work orders, following maintenance schedules, investigating and researching solutions to problems and performing regular inspections of entire property.

Protects and oversees the physical safety of the building and all persons associated with it by maintaining organized and neat storage and work areas; understanding and implementing emergency procedures for all aspects of plumbing, electrical, physical and personal safety on the property; implementing appropriate safety procedures at all times, wearing/using appropriate protective gear and equipment; adhering to OSHA standards as applicable.
