Maintenance Technician Lead (Compound)

This instrumental position will support machinery and facility maintenance project activities with a primary focus on the Compounding area. The area encompasses Compounding, silos, auxiliary support systems, and infrastructure. These areas are the primary area of responsibility, but the position scope is not limited to the Compound area. These maintenance activities are to be conducted while ensuring and improving safety, product quality, production output, housekeeping and cost control to achieve plant goals....
