Manager, Volunteer Services

The Manager of Volunteer Services plays a pivotal role in enhancing the impact of volunteerism by setting the strategic direction for the Volunteer Services Department. This position is responsible for the management and oversight of all Volunteer Services aligning volunteer initiatives with the organization’s mission, overseeing volunteer recruitment, engagement, and disaster preparedness efforts across multiple counties. The role includes leading strategic initiatives, developing high-level curriculum, helping with funding solicitation and deliverables, managing Days of Service, developing and leading corporate engagement projects, and is responsible for the online volunteer matching portal.
