The Contract Compliance Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the quality control of general business operations, enhancing client satisfaction, and effectively collaborating with Independent Contractors (IC). This position requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, across various environments, including but not limited to industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, and retail facilities. Additionally, the Compliance Manager must demonstrate sound judgment when addressing client concerns with management and engaging others to optimally fulfill clients' needs.
