Obran Health Recruiter

Obran Health is seeking a Recruiter to join our team and help us attract and hire top talent for a wide range of positions across our organization. In this role, you will help define and execute recruiting strategies to best source, evaluate, and hire candidates from field clinicians to executives. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience and leading the full-cycle recruitment process with an emphasis on continuous improvement.

Obran Health is building the largest worker-owned home-based healthcare company in the US. We currently operate two worker-owned home healthcare agencies in California, with ~300 clinicians serving a combined census of ~1000 patients. Our immediate growth is focused on home health clinicians, including nurses and therapists, who want to own their work and have a say in the organization where they work.
