On-Site Property Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced On-site Property Maintenace Supervisor to supervise and coordinate activities of associates and outside contractors engaged in maintaining and repairing the physical structures of buildings and grounds by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES are listed below and will always include those specifically assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• Direct associates and outside contractors in apartment renovation such as cleaning, painting, carpet replacement, counter repairs, appliance repairs, etc...
• Directs associates and outside contractors in response to maintenance service requests.
• Directs the associates and outside contractors in performing structural repairs to masonry, plumbing, woodwork, irrigation systems, swimming pools, spas, etc...
