Personal Trainer- Fully Remote

Are you a certified personal trainer who has a massive heart for helping women lose weight and love themselves again? Would you like to focus on COACHING and not sales using proven methods to help women look and feel their best? If you thrive in a results-driven environment, align with established systems, and LOVE coaching without the need for sales or marketing we would love to add you to the Redefining Strength coaching team.

The position is 100% remote. 

As a Coach, your primary responsibility is to get results for the clients we assign to you by following our structured coaching system. You’ll use our established methods and tools to provide clients with structure, accountability, and encouragement. We give you the freedom to focus solely on coaching by handling all client acquisition and management for you. Our proven systems ensure you can concentrate on what you do best: coaching and empowering clients.

Are you a certified personal trainer who has a massive heart for helping women lose weight and love themselves again? Do you have at least 5 years of experience in coaching women on how to live a healthy lifestyle? Do you live and maintain a healthy lifestyle yourself and always find yourself trying to help the people around you because you have a passion for health and fitness? If so, you could be the next Coach we're looking to add to our expanding Coaching Program!

Your role as a Coach is to get results for the clients we assign to you. As a coach you will see things they can't see for themselves, to help provide structure and accountability, and to encourage and empower them. You are a motivator, listener, solution seeker, cheerleader, and accountability partner. We provide the entire coaching system and platform for you to follow. 

The work is 100% remote.
