Pre-Sales Support Analyst

Overview

We are looking for an experienced RFP professional to join our growing team! The Pre-Sales Support Team supports Vitality Group’s large and mid- market sales force in communicating (primarily in written form) the value of the program to prospective clients. The Pre-Sales Support Analyst role is responsible for managing and crafting well-written and compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), sales proposals and other written deliverables during the sales cycle. They will be a member of the Pre-Sales Support department, which is composed of dedicated and experienced professionals who work together in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication, self-starter, excellent project management and organizational skills, and be able to handle a heavy deadline-oriented workload.
