Process Manager (1st Processing)

General:

Manages, leads, and supervises the site’s stunning - evisceration production processes for all products manufactured at 350-employee poultry processing facility. Promotes food safety and GMP awareness and education of employees. Manages the team’s safety performance, quality of work, and achievement of production goals. The position reports to the plant superintendent and manages, coaches, & develops supervisors, leads, and production employees. The primary work schedule of Mon. – Thur. day shift, with flexibility to work early shift, extended days, overtime, and weekends, as needed.

Specific Duties / Responsibilities:

• Lead / manage performance of 2-4 supervisors with team of 100 – 150 employees in poultry processing facility
• Ensure all stunning & evisceration production processes deliver top quality in a safe and compliant manner
