The primary duty of this position is to act as a liaison among technical and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to information systems, business processes, and policies, as applicable. Additionally, functions as a senior programmer analyst with responsibility for the operational support of Treasury’s Mainframe applications written in COBOL and XGEN.
