Quality Inspector | CMM

VadaTech is a world leader in the design and manufacture of embedded computing solutions. Due to growth, we are seeking experience Quality Assurance Inspectors for Receiving CMM. This role inspects hardware installation on the boards for shipment. This quality role is responsible for receiving inspection and CMM programming for conformance to applicable specifications.  Receiving inspector provides advanced mechanical inspection and raw PCB’s using precision calibrated tools; must have a working knowledge of CMM inspection and programming; interpret inspection report data as it relates to manufacturing requirements.

• First Article Inspections and the overall conformity of our products.
• Assures customer satisfaction by measuring product conformity to Customer Specifications and Engineering Drawings.
• Upholds Prince’s Core Values and our AS9100 D Quality Management System
• Process inspections utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machines. and all inspection hand gauging including but not limited to, micrometers, thread gauges, dial indicators, calipers, height gauges, etc.

JOB SUMMARY

Operator Keyence hand-held CMM to inspect products for conformance to blueprint specifications. Develops, applies, and maintains the company and customer quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products by performing the following job duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary responsibility will be to operate a Keyence hand-held CMM to measure parts for receiving inspection, first article inspection, and final inspection. Identifies defects or discrepancies and reports them to the Quality Manager as needed.
