Recruitment and Selection Associate

The American Connection Corps (ACC) is a fast-growing national service program that’s closing the digital divide and cultivating a new generation of locally-rooted leaders in digitally disconnected communities across America.  Throughout their year of service, ACC Members lead shoulder-to-shoulder with their neighbors to realize the worth of every person, place, and possibility.

The Recruitment & Selection Associate's responsibilities will include spearheading regional recruitment initiatives, fostering partnerships, and driving lead generation within designated territories. The Associate will be responsible for managing prospective American Connection Corps applicants through each stage of the application funnel: candidate sourcing, 1:1 engagement and interviews, ongoing communications, and other direct outreach to applicants.
