Repairs Systems Coordinator I

The Repairs Systems Coordinator will work closely with the repairs team and external vendors to coordinate the Dynamics 365 system enhancements. They will assist in gathering requirements, communicating needs to vendors, and running basic reports using Power BI to support repair operations. In addition, this individual will understand and support the repairs customer service life cycle to help track and resolve incoming customer inquiries. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Support the tracking and monitoring of enhancement progress to ensure they meet specified requirements 

• Assist in testing system enhancements and providing feedback to ensure alignment with business needs 

• Generate and maintain basic Power BI reports to provide insights into repair operations
