Residential Service Manager

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

Directs the staff and services within the IRA; maintains a home-like environment; performs related work as requested in the absence of the House Manager.

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS:

Under the supervision of the House Manager, an employee of this class is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the IRA and for ensuring continuous active treatment.

Requirements

• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
• HVAC service: 2 years (minimum)
• Valid Driver’s License
