SEASONAL - Valet Cashier

The Valet Cashier will be responsible for understanding parking procedures, providing excellent customer service to guests, and maintaining accurate records of all monetary transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome upon arrival.
• Processing parking transactions and accurately handling all payments.
• Providing information on the resort's amenities and services to guests.
• Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of valet parking areas.
• Resolving guest complaints and escalating issues as needed.

Essential Functions

• Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas
