The Security Systems Technician will maintain, manage, and provide support for All Stream Data Center-owned Electronic Security systems. The SDC Corporate Security Department works closely with SDC IT to specify, purchase, configure, and maintain our electronic security and network equipment. SDC’s Corporate Security Department also works closely with our Security VARs to learn about the latest technology changes so that we can make informed purchase decisions to determine the best balance between technology, performance, and cost. Other responsibilities as listed below:
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of supported systems and associated troubleshooting capability.
- Provides advanced support and resolution management
- Gains quick familiarity with new aspects of platform troubleshooting and insights to system functionality
